In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, we offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all returned products, remaining in the same condition in which you received the products.

Any product that is returned and that is not in the original conditions in which it was sent, may be subject to a 10% packaging cost or, in some cases, we may refuse to refund the amount of the order. In these cases, it will be the customer’s responsibility to agree to collect the order directly with us or to pay the shipping costs in order to be able to receive it again.

Any returnable items that appear to be defective and are still under warranty may be returned to us for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will attempt to repair the item. If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack the products so that they reach us safely.
